1. Due to high demand, a submitted application is not a guarantee for a placement in summer camp.
2. We use a lottery process to enroll applicants into camp.
3. Once camp is full, all remaining campers will be placed on the waitlist. We will use a lottery process to sort the order of the waitlist.
4. All applicants will be notified by email on February 2025 of their camper(s) placement in camp or on a camp waitlist.
5. Each household will receive an email notification with waitlist or enrollment status.
6. Applicants who are not offered a placement in camp during the initial enrollment process or who apply after January 31st will be placed on the waitlist, we still encourage you to apply.
Waitlisted applicants will be notified if a space becomes available.
7. You must confirm or cancel your placement in camp by paying camp fees in full by March 31st, 2025 . Enrollment notification emails will include more specific instructions.
8. To cancel your camp placement, please contact Maggie Owens at director@wcns.org and include your camper’s full name and enrolled camp sessions.
9. Cancellation policy: Refunds will be contingent upon the campers spot bring filled by waitlist PER SESSION.
