CAMP WCNS

Registration for Camp WCNS is opening in January!

At Camp WCNS, children experience the excitement of camp in a small and nurturing environment. Taught by WCNS teachers, we provide a safe and fun camp experience, emphasizing small group interaction through creative play, games, art, gardening and water play.

PRICING

This year we will be have Early Bird Pricing! Pay a discounted rate when registering early! Price increase will happen starting February 6th.

SUPER SENIORS

  • 2025/2026 (Current) Seniors ONLY $245 (no early bird pricing)
  • 06/01 – 06/04
  • Monday – Thursday
  • 9:00 – 12:00
  • Snack will be provided

CAMP WCNS

  • 2026/2027 Juniors & Seniors
  • Session 1: 06/08 – 06/25 (3wks) Early Bird – $670 / Regular – $750
  • Session 2: 07/06 – 07/16 (2wks) Early Bird – $480 / Regular – $525
  • Session 3: 07/20 – 07/30 (2wks) Early Bird – $480 / Regular – $525
  • Monday – Thursday
  • 9:00 – 12:00pm
  • Snack will be provided
  • Bring nut-free lunch from home

2026 Application and Placement Details:

  1. Submit one online application per camper anytime when registration opens.
    • Due to high demand, a submitted application is not a guarantee for a placement in summer camp.
    • We use a lottery process to enroll applicants into camp.
    • Once camp is full, all remaining campers will be placed on the waitlist. We will use a lottery process to sort the order of the waitlist.
  2. All applicants will be notified by email in February of their camper(s) placement in camp or on a camp waitlist.
    • Each household will receive an email notification with waitlist or enrollment status.
    • Waitlisted applicants will be notified if a space becomes available.
  3. You must confirm or cancel your placement in camp by paying camp fees in full by March 1st for Early Bird pricing.
    • Enrollment notification emails will include more specific instructions and invoices will be sent out starting February 12th.
    • To cancel your camp placement, please contact Maggie Owens at director@wcns.org and include your camper’s full name and enrolled camp session[s]. Cancellation policy: Refunds will be contingent upon the camper’s spot being filled by waitlist PER SESSION.

Our WCNS Camp program is only open to WCNS rising Juniors and Seniors.
