CAMP WCNS

Registration Camp WCNS will open January 16th, 2024!

At Camp WCNS, children experience the excitement of camp in a small and nurturing environment. Taught by WCNS teachers, we provide a safe and fun camp experience, emphasizing small group interaction through creative play, games, art, gardening and water play.

SUPER SENIORS

  • 2023/2024 Seniors ONLY
  • 06/03 – 06/06
  • Monday – Thursday
  • 9:00 – 12:00
  • Snack will be provided
  • Tuition $230

CAMP WCNS

  • 2024/2025 Juniors & Seniors
  • Session 1: 06/10 – 06/27 (3wks $640 & no camp 06/19)
  • Session 2: 07/08 – 07/18 (2wks $460)
  • Session 3: 07/22 – 08/01 (2wks $460)
  • Monday – Thursday
  • 9:00 – 12:00pm
  • Snack will be provided

2024 Application and Placement Details:

  1. Submit one online application per camper anytime between January 16–January 31st, 2024.
    • Due to high demand, a submitted application is not a guarantee for a placement in summer camp.
    • We use a lottery process to enroll applicants into camp.
    • Once camp is full, all remaining campers will be placed on the waitlist. We will use a lottery process to sort the order of the waitlist.
  2. All applicants will be notified by email on February 5, 2024 of their camper(s) placement in camp or on a camp waitlist.
    • Each household will receive an email notification with waitlist or enrollment status.
    • Applicants who are not offered a placement in camp during the initial enrollment process or who apply after January 31st will be placed on the waitlist, we still encourage you to apply.
    • Waitlisted applicants will be notified if a space becomes available.
  3. You must confirm or cancel your placement in camp by paying camp fees in full by March 4th.
    •  Enrollment notification emails will include more specific instructions and invoices will be sent out starting February 12th.
    • To cancel your camp placement, please contact Maggie Owens at director@wcns.org and include your camper’s full name and enrolled camp session[s]. Cancellation policy: Refunds will be contingent upon the camper’s spot being filled by waitlist PER SESSION.

Our WCNS  Camp program is still open to WCNS rising Juniors and Seniors. The first session is currently full but we can to the waitlist.
